Pros +
- The hotel was just as it appears in the photos. It is reasonably new, & all the rooms are fantastic. The staff were very welcoming & knowledgable. The facilities were top class, & the breakfast was brilliant. For the price, I think it is an absolute barga
- Great place a little bit far from the main areas but very beautiful. Very comfortable. The bed was amazing. The spa was okay. Don't recommend getting a manicure pedicure there but it's okay for a massage.
- Quiet location, but easily accessible. Great sized, clean rooms with a beautiful pool.
Cons -
- I guess the location is a little far out from town, but with the shuttle bus, & it only being a $4 taxi fare, that wasn`t really an issue
- Couldn’t fault it.
- I cannot fault this venue.

Quiet location, but easily accessible. Great sized, clean rooms with a beautiful pool.
Couldn’t fault it.
A very nice family place. Super clean, comfortable and the best staff ever! Nice swimming pool also. The property is very well maintained. Beds are comfortable, pillows are like clouds. A baby crib was provided. Good good good. We will be back
Good choice at breakfast. Great pool and loungers. Spacious bedrooms. Complimentary use of bikes.
I cannot fault this venue.
Great location, lovely gardens, very clean. Rooms are tip top.
Lovely place. Nicely decorated (also outside). Room is super spacious and feels luxurious. Staff is super friendly. Breakfast is also good, a lot of choices. They have free bikes (which are quite old and some a bit broken) to get to the city center or beach. We really enjoyed our time here.
We had a room with a bath but the hot water facility is not big enough to fill the bath with warm water in one go. You have to fill it up in multiple times.
Nice atmosphere, nicely decorated, good bed, good breakfast, very friendly staff! Nice swimmingpool, gym is ok. They have free bikes to use to go to the city (bikes aren’t very good but good enough for 3 km into town).
The hot water facility isn’t good enough to run a full bath of hot water. You have to do this in multiple runs/shifts to give the machine time to top up the hot water again.
the staff was lovely, they have very nice garden setting to enjoy an afternoon tea
should have more food options for both breakfast and alacarte
Nice swimming pool . Beautiful garden. Massage service is the best in Hoi An
Door lock is not available in rest room
Gorgeous place with really friendly and helpful staff. the rooms were lovely and the pool was perfect
Location only a short cab or Grab ride from the centre. Nice small hotel with good pool. Really friendly and helpful staff. Tasty breakfast. Clean rooms with good aircon. Great value for money.
Bar no longer open. It would have been a good feature.
I really enjoyed my stay at Senvila, it was very peaceful and relaxing. The rooms are lovely and clean and the best was very comfortable and large! It is a short drive (maybe 10 minutes) from the Old Town but very easy to get a Grab car/scooter in. As a solo female traveller I felt very safe during my stay. The gym was really good, basic and small, but new equipment that worked well and I found I was the only person there every time I went.
I thought the food was really bad and there were not many options for coffee/drinks either.
Very nice place. Clean, friendly staff. Nice rooms and bathrooms.
Breakfast was a little less for western tourists. Pool was quite cold.
All staff were very friendly ,Room clean and spacious very comfortable and lovely . Pool are nice but we didn't have chance to swim due the cold weather.
The breakfast could be better too simple and we didn't really enjoyed it. Location is a bit far from the city centre but hotel provided free bicycles .
I liked the property and hospitality. Staff was humble and always there to assist.
More food options would be welcome . Food department has long way to go. Authentic traditional Vietnamese food was also missing on the menu.
Everything! The crew was absolutely amazing, smiley, always happy to help you… You can enjoy your stay with the gym, the big swimming pool, the spa… Rooms and hotel were perfectly clean.
Breakfast was a bit simple. Far from the city centre but hotel can provide free bikes :)
I liked everything including staff & breakfast
Lovely staff awesome pool
it is a very unique little boutique resort to stay no crowds and very friendly
